The 2025 Zhuhai international Smart Marine Expo will be held with great fanfare at the Zhuhai international Airshow Centre from 24th to 26th April 2025.
With a focus on the new mission and tasks of marine economic development, and under the theme of "Sci-Tech Innovation for a Smarter Ocean", the 2025 Zhuhai international Smart Marine Expo will comprise three main sections exhibitions, conferences, and associated activities. The Expo aims to establish an international marine exchange platform that fosters open cooperation and mutual benefit. lt aspires to be a comprehensive exhibition showcasing the unique characteristics of the ocean theme, integrating upstream and downstream industry chains, intelligent technology applications, and industry-academia collaboration. This platform is designed to enhance the overall strength of the marine economy, stimulate innovation, and promote sustainable development. it will inject fresh momentum into strengthening the marine economy comprehensively, revitalising the blue economy, and accelerating the development of the marine industry in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area.
This year's exhibition is expected to attract over 200 enterprises specialising in marine intelligent and unmanned equipment, ocean renewables, intelligent ships, marine anti-corrosion and new materials, marine ranching and deep-sea aquaculture equipment, yachts, island development, and tourism. The planned exhibition area is 30,000 square metres.

Offshore Wind Farm High-Speed Operation and Maintenance Vessel - Lianghai 101
This vessel is a 30-meter-class aluminum alloy catamaran high-speed wind farm operation and maintenance vessel, with a speed of up to 26.4 knots. It can quickly reach offshore wind farms and maintain stable navigation and berthing alongside offshore substations and wind turbine foundations even in wave heights of up to 2.5 meters, allowing operation and maintenance personnel to safely and smoothly board and disembark the offshore substations and wind turbines. Additionally, it can safely navigate in conditions of 2.5-meter waves and force 7 winds.
Offshore Photovoltaic Operation and Maintenance Vessel
This platform is a mobile maintenance platform designed to meet the navigational and operational requirements for vessels in coastal waters as stipulated by relevant regulations, with complete stability complying with the standards for coastal navigation areas. Primarily used for operation and maintenance of photovoltaic farms in the Laizhou Bay area of Shandong, this vessel conveniently accommodates operation and maintenance personnel and repair components, enabling efficient transportation of personnel and components, reducing working hours, and enhancing work efficiency.
The vessel features a single hull, single deck, single shell, and twin engines with twin propellers, constructed using steel welding. It is mainly utilized for coastal photovoltaic operation and maintenance, as well as transporting personnel to and from maintenance platforms. Its navigation area is restricted to coastal waters. With a gross tonnage not exceeding 100 tons and a total power not exceeding 220kW, the vessel is equipped with a slewing crane at the stern to facilitate photovoltaic maintenance operations.
