The 4th China-Brazil Forum for Offshore Technology
The China-Brazil Forum for Offshore Technology was held for the first time in Rio de Janeiro in 2016, the second in Beijing in 2018, and the third in Shenzhen in June 2024, with the scale and influence gradually expanding. The research content was included in the outcomes of the G20 Summit in Brazil in 2024, opening a new era of maritime cooperation between China and Brazil. In order to further promote in-depth dialogue between high-level expert representatives of industry, academia and research between China and Brazil, strengthen cooperation and make good use of the 1% R&D investment policy, carry out cooperation on R&D projects related to climate change and energy technology innovation, and promote the training of energy talents between China and Pakistan. The 4th China-Brazil Forum for Offshore Technology will continue to be held in China in 2025.
