Watertight Connector
The HDC rubber series waterproof connectors are the result of years of collaboration between Beijing Haidi Chuang and the System Engineering Research Institute of China Shipbuilding Group Corporation. Through continuous breakthroughs in key technologies of deep-sea waterproof connectors, they have developed underwater pressure-resistant rubber connector products that reach the international first-class technical level and have independent controllable technology. The rubber material is a military-to-civilian material, offering better flexibility and, at the same strength, better deformation performance and insulation performance.
This series of connector products has excellent environmental resistance, sealing performance, and mechanical reliability, and is convenient for installation and maintenance operations. It can be used for long-term immersion in deep water, with a working depth of up to 7000 meters.
The HDC rubber series products are benchmarked against international first-class products and have undergone rigorous environmental and performance tests. They can be widely used in equipment supporting marine research, military detection, marine oil exploration, marine geophysics, nuclear power stations, and other industries. They can achieve installation interface and functional interchangeability with the American SubConn series of underwater connectors.
Conductivity-Temperature-Depth (CTD) sensor
CTD sensors are applied in global climate research, marine ecological environment, marine geophysics and chemistry, as well as the control of underwater vehicles, and they also have a wide range of applications in the drilling and mining industry, drinking water industry, wastewater treatment industry, and water conservancy projects.
This product adopts a chip structure, with the chip directly contacting seawater, resulting in faster response times. Additionally, the product has a smaller volume and lower power consumption. Compared to traditional products, the application of the chip is more conducive to ensuring the stability of product quality and the consistency of performance. The maximum operating water depth can reach 7000 meters.
Altimeter
Precision altimeters utilize the principle of ultrasonic distance measurement to determine the distance between the altimeter and the target object. With a miniaturized structural design and the application of lightweight casings, they are suitable for installation on underwater ROVs (Remotely Operated Vehicles), AUVs (Autonomous Underwater Vehicles), and other underwater platforms. They are used to measure the vehicle's distance from the bottom or the distance to obstacles in various directions. The result data is output through an RS232 (RS485 optional) serial port.
