Mingsen Lin
Researcher at National Satellite Ocean Application Service
Mingsen Lin, Ph.D., Professor, Doctoral supervisor. He has been engaged in marine remote sensing, satellite data processing system construction, sea surface wind field inversion technology from scatter meter, radar altimeter data application, ocean color satellite product processing algorithm and so on for many years. As the main technician, he organized the development planning and project demonstration of China's ocean satellite series and applications, contributed a lot to China's ocean satellites, and is one of the main founders of China's ocean satellite development.
Zhongjun Ding
Deputy Chief Engineer of National Deep Sea Center of China
Dr. Zhongjun Ding is a senior engineer and doctoral supervisor. He serves as the Deputy Chief Engineer of National Deep Sea Center of China. As the director of the operation, maintenance and application technical team of Manned Submersible, he organized the establishment of China's Manned deep diving investigation technology system, promoted the development of manned deep diving exploration technology in China, promoted the ocean exploration operation project of the JIAOLONG Manned Submersible which obtained a large number of high-quality deep-sea seabed exploration data and samples. He has made great contributions to China's Manned Submersible technology application, deep-sea biodiversity exploration and research, and ecological protection. As the first author (or corresponding author), he has published more than 100 academic papers, written two monographs on deep-sea survey and monitoring technology, obtained more than 20 authorized national invention patents, and developed, promulgated and implemented 6 industry standards.
Shoujun Li
Senior Engineer at Second Institute of Oceanography, MNR
Shoujun Li, Senior Engineer of the Second Institute of Oceanography of the Ministry of Natural Resources, is dedicated to the research of UAV multi-sensor integration and application, integrating multiple UAV platforms such as composite wing and multi-rotor, optical camera, tilt camera, multi-spectral sensors, etc., to serve the ecological and environmental surveys of the islands and coastal zones. He has undertaken the National Natural Science Foundation of China (NSFC) projects, key R&D projects of the Ministry of Science and Technology, sub-projects of the Science and Technology Support Programme, special projects of the National Ocean Survey and Research, and ocean engineering projects. He has co-authored 39 academic papers, 25 authorised patents, co-edited 3 monographs, presided over 1 technical standard of the marine industry, and won the National Science and Technology Progress Award (Second Prize), Zhejiang Provincial Patent Award (Gold Prize), Science and Technology Progress Award for Surveying and Mapping (Second Prize), Ocean Engineering Science and Technology Award (Grand Prize), Ocean Engineering Science and Technology Award (First Prize), Qingdao Science and Technology Award (First Prize), etc. He has formed a series of research results of scientific and technological papers, invention patents, research monographs, technical standards, scientific and technological awards, and then a series of research results that serve the national needs of the application practice.

Fenzhen Su is a scholar of the National Talent Program. A Professor, Doctoral Supervisor, and Deputy Director General at the Institute of Geographic Sciences and Natural Resources Research (IGSNRR) and the Director of the State Key Laboratory of Resources and Environmental Information System (LREIS), Chinese Academy of Science (CAS), Chief of the National Key R&D Project, Expert of the Key R&D Program of the Ministry of Science and Technology, Co-chair of of Commission on Geographical Information Science (GISc), International Geographical Union (IGU). Engaged in high-dimensional spatio-temporal big data research, led the creation of major systems such as the global marine fisheries information system and China’s coastal zone assessment system, etc., opened up a new field of marine spatial information research, published over 100 SCI papers in Nature, Science and sub-journals, published 10 volumes of monographs, won 5 times of national science and technology progress awards, 10 provincial and ministerial science and technology awards and China Youth Science and Technology Award.
Shuqiang Xue

Shuqiang Xue,researcher, doctoral supervisor, deputy director of the Institute of Geodesy and Navigation of CASM, director of the Marine Surveying and Mapping Research Center, engaged in research on seafloor geodesy and underwater navigation. Undertook nearly 20 key research and development programs and published more than 60 SCI/EI papers and 5 monographs; Received 1 National Science and Technology Progress Second Prize, 5 Provincial and Ministerial Prizes. Serves as the Chairman of the Marine PNT Committee, Vice Chairman of the Marine Surveying and Mapping Committee, and Member of the IAG Marine Geodesy Inter-committee of IAG.
Fei Yu
Researcher at Institute of Oceanology,CAS
Fei Yu, Ph.D., Researcher, Doctoral Supervisor. Selected by the Chinese Academy of Sciences Hundred People Program, Shandong Province Taishan scholar. He is mainly engaged in Marine survey and regional oceanographic research. In recent years, the research work mainly focuses on the three-dimensional structure of the Yellow Sea warm current and the formation and maintenance mechanism of the Yellow Sea cold water mass, the Kuroshio and the East China Sea water exchange, the Pacific Ocean circulation and climate change, etc. At the same time, the development and application of several real-time communication subsurface mooring have been carried out by the support of the national key R&D project.
Yusheng Guo
Researcher at Beijing Automation Control Equipment Institute
Yusheng Guo, Ph.D., is a researcher at Beijing Institute of Automation Control Equipment. The team has been engaged in underwater navigation technology research for a long time, focusing on underwater weaponry and major engineering construction, facing the application needs of underwater weapons, unmanned/manned submarines and deep-sea submersibles, and continuing to carry out underwater autonomous navigation and motion measurement technology research. Under his leadership, the team has developed a series of navigation products, including miniaturized fiber-optic gyros, rotating modulation, and inertial/acoustic combination systems, which have been successfully applied to various types of sea mines, torpedoes, and other underwater weapons, as well as to various types of UUVs (Unmanned Underwater Vehicles), transport submarines, and manned deep-sea submersibles such as "Deep Sea Warrior" and "Striver". The results are also applied to missiles, guided artillery shells, unmanned aerial vehicles, land vehicles, commercial spaceflight, surveying and mapping. It has won one first prize of Beijing Scientific and Technological Progress (ranked 1st), one first prize of National Defence Scientific and Technological Progress (ranked 3rd), one third prize (ranked 2nd), and more than 40 authorized invention patents.
Changming Dong

Changming Dong,Professor Changming Dong, a Ph.D. supervisor earned his doctorates from the Institute of Oceanology, Chinese Academy of Sciences (1997) and Columbia University (2002). He is a distinguished overseas expert supported by the National Natural Science Foundation of China and serves as the Chief Scientist of a key research and development project by the Ministry of Science and Technology. He is also the director of the Artificial Intelligent Oceanography Institute. Currently, he holds the position of Dean at the School of Marine Sciences at Nanjing University of Information Science and Technology and serves as the Director of the Artificial Intelligent Oceanography Institute and the Director of the International Research Center for Geophysical Fluid Dynamics. His research focuses on ocean multiscale dynamics, regional numerical simulations, experimental geophysical fluid dynamics, and artificial intelligence in oceanography. He has published over 180 academic papers, including more than 150 SCI papers, and authored six monographs.
Bo Wang

Bo Wang, Ph.D., deputy dean of Ruixin Academy of Classic Learning of Beijing Institute of Technology, Professor and Ph.D. supervisor of School of Automation. He is also the deputy secretary-general of the GNSS and LBS Association of China(GLAC) and the director of Youth Committee.
He serves as an editorial board member of many important domestic and international journals, and has presided over more than ten national, provincial and ministerial scientific research projects in recent years. He has published 3 monographs, more than 30 SCI papers as the first author or corresponding author, and more than 40 patents for invention. He has won the second prize of National Defense Science and Technology Progress, 2 first prizes and 2 second prizes of Science and Technology Progress of the GLAC, the second prize of Teaching Achievement of GLAC, and the Excellent Doctoral Dissertation Supervisor of GLAC as the first author. He has been approved as Beijing Outstanding Talent, Sichuan Province Tianfu Scholar Special Expert, China Association for Science and Technology Outstanding Youth Achievement Transformation Award, and Mao Yisheng Beijing Youth Science and Technology Award.
Haocai Huang

Haocai Huang is a professor, doctoral supervisor and director of the Institute of Ocean Engineering and Technology of Zhejiang University, leader of the national first-class undergraduate major "Ocean Engineering and Technology". He was selected as the top young talent of Zhejiang Province's "Ten Thousand Talents Plan". His main research areas include autonomous underwater vehicle technology, ocean bionic robot technology, ocean observation and detection technology, etc. In the past five years, he has presided over 16 national, provincial and ministerial level projects and published more than 60 SCI academic papers. He has won 1 first prize of Jiangsu Province Science and Technology Award, 1 second prize of Zhejiang Province Technology Invention Award, 1 second prize of Zhejiang Province Science and Technology Progress Award, 1 first prize of Science and Technology Progress Award of China Optical Engineering Society Science and Technology Innovation Award, 1 first prize of Zhejiang Provincial Teaching Achievement Award.
Haoyu Jiang
Professor at Shenzhen University
Dr. Haoyu Jiang is a Professor at Shenzhen University, an Honorary Fellow at University of Melbourne, and an IEEE Senior Member. His research primarily focuses on waves and their related dynamic processes, combining ocean remote sensing and artificial intelligence technologies to explore both fundamental theories and engineering applications. He has led multiple research projects, including key and sub-topics of the National Key Research and Development Program, as well as general and youth projects of the National Natural Science Foundation of China. He has published several internationally influential papers in leading journals in the fields of remote sensing and oceanography, such as RSE, TGRS, JPO, and JC. His research findings have been applied in various operational units, including the National Satellite Ocean Application Service, the National Marine Environmental Forecasting Center, and the National Ocean Technology Center.
Hongzhou Chai
Professor at PLA Information Engineering University
Hongzhou Chai, Professor and doctoral supervisor, engaged in teaching and research in the field of geodesy and ocean surveying for a long time. The chief editor of textbooks included in the national planning textbooks for the 11th and 12th Five-Year Plans. Has led or participated in over 40 national and military key projects and has received three second-class awards for military scientific and technological progress. Published more than 150 academic papers, with over 70 indexed in SCI and EI,and published 2 monographs. Min Wang
Associate Professor at PLA Information Engineering University
Min Wang,he obtained his Ph.D. degree from the PLA Information Engineering University in 2016 and currently serves as an Associate Professor at Information Engineering University. His main research focus on marine precise positioning and collaborative positioning with unmanned platforms. He has led 9 projects funded by the National Natural Science Foundation of China and other organizations. He has participated in 7 other research projects, and has published over thirty papers, including 9 SCI-indexed papers.
Xueming Zhu
Associate Researcher at Southern Marine Science and Engineering Guangdong Laboratory (Zhuhai)
Xueming Zhu,associate researcher, doctoral supervisor, Principal Investigator (PI) of Model Development Group in SML, mainly engaged in the development of ocean numerical models, regional marine environmental forecasting, and artificial intelligence oceanography. Serving as a routine committee member of the Artificial Intelligence Oceanography Professional Committee of the Chinese Society for Oceanography and a member of the first council of the Artificial Intelligence and Higher Education Research Branch of the Guangdong Association of Higher Education. He had led multiple projects, such as the National Natural Science Foundation of China General Project, Global Change and Air-Sea Interaction, and SML's independent research projects, and published more than 40 papers, including more than 20 SCI papers, applied for 4 patents, 6 software copyrights, and translated and published the translation " Operational Oceanography in the 21st Century".

Xiang Gong

Xiang Gong,Ph.D. and postdoctoral fellow at Ocean University of China, associate professor and master's supervisor at Qingdao University of Science and Technology, a key member of Qingdao's "AI Marine Technology Innovation Center" and a core member of Jinan's "Innovative Team" project. The main research directions are AI oceanology and marine ecosystem dynamics, with a focus on the 3-D distribution structure of marine ecological and environmental variables and their influencing mechanisms. Has undertaken several projects including the National Natural Science Foundation of China, the joint fund project of the National Natural Science Foundation of China and Shandong Province, and the postdoctoral fund, and has led multiple artificial intelligence technology development projects, with over 30 SCI papers published in total.
Shuangshang Zhang

Shuangshang Zhang, Ph.D. in Physical Oceanography, Lecturer. He graduated in June 2021 from Hohai University and studied abroad at the University of Maryland Eastern Shore from 2018 to 2020 supported by the China Scholarship Council. After graduation, he conducted postdoctoral research at the Institute of Oceanology, Chinese Academy of Sciences. In July 2024, he joined the Department of Marine Science at the College of Ocean and Meteorology, Guangdong Ocean University. His research focuses on ocean remote sensing, intelligent processing and application of ocean big data.

Lei Han, a PhD candidate of meteorology in Nanjing University of Information Science and Technology (NUIST), his current research interests are AI-based meteorological and oceanic element forecasting, intelligent storm surge forecasting by integrating data and physical mechanisms, and he has published 3 SCI papers in journals such as Ocean Science, Remote Sensing.
Shiqiang LI
Department Director at Zhejiang Zhoushan Ocean Power Transmission Technology Research Institute Co., Ltd.
Shiqiang LI is the Head of the Department at the Zhejiang Zhoushan Ocean Power Transmission Technology Research Institute Co., Ltd. His primary research focuses on the testing and research of submarine power transmission cables, as well as the construction, operation, maintenance, and protection technologies of submarine cables. He has received several awards, including the "Second Prize of Scientific and Technological Progress of Zhejiang Electric Power Company in 2012" (twice) and the "Second Prize in the Third Transmission and Transformation Engineering Design Competition in 2014." He has also contributed to the development of standards, such as the "Acceptance Procedures for Submarine Power Cable Projects of 220kV and Below," and has published over 20 papers related to submarine power cables in EI-indexed journals. Additionally, he holds more than 20 patents.
