Chinese Society for Oceanography(CSO)

Established in 1979, the CSO is one of the earliest and most influential national academic organizations in China's marine sector. CSO brings together the nation's premier marine science and technology resources—with over?182,000 individual members?and?331 institutional members. The Society also oversees?46 technical divisions, including 21 professional branches and 14 technical committees covering ocean physics, ocean engineering, deep-sea technology, ocean observation systems, and marine technology equipment—spanning the full spectrum from basic research to technology application, from coastal waters to the deep ocean. This makes CSO a?core platform for precisely connecting with key equipment users and technical decision-makers?in China's marine sector.

China Association of Oceanic Engineering (CAOE)

As the only national-level industry association in China's marine sector, CAOE brings together?996 member units from across the country. It operates 23 technical committees?covering marine equipment, offshore wind power, subsea survey and development, deep-sea technology and engineering, and more—spanning the entire industry chain from policy consulting and engineering design to equipment manufacturing and construction operations. CAOE is the?highly effective gateway to reach key decision-maker and buyer across China's ocean engineering market.

Chinese National Committee of International Society for Digital Earth(CNISDE)

The International Society for Digital Earth was co-founded by the Chinese Academy of Sciences. As the Society's national member in China, the Chinese National Committee is deeply integrated into the global governance framework of digital earth science. The Committee oversees 21 technical committees, each led by industry experts, dedicated to advancing fundamental theories, technologies, and applications in the digital earth field, driving the full-chain development of marine informatization—from data standards to practical implementation.

East China Sea Branch of China Association of Marine Affairs

Operating under the?East China Sea Bureau of the Ministry of Natural Resources—the administrative authority governing China's East China Sea—this branch holds unique territorial resource advantages, serving as a key link between national strategy and local industrial demand in the East China coastal region. The branch is deeply involved in policy research and project implementation across marine resource development, environmental monitoring, and rights protection in the East China Sea, maintaining strong connections with core equipment users and major project contractors in the area.

Jiangsu Marine Technology Innovation Center

As the first major provincial-level marine technology innovation platform initiated by the Jiangsu Provincial Government, the Center is deeply connected with the full industry chain resources of the Yangtze River Delta, continuously advancing technological innovation and industrial application in offshore wind, offshore solar, wave energy, and other multi-energy complementary fields. Its independently developed "JICUI No.1" semi-submersible three-column floating wind turbine foundation has received Approval in Principle from the ABS, establishing a mature landscape of coordinated development in R&D, international certification, and industry ecosystem within the marine new energy sector.

Center of Ocean Expedition, Sun Yat-sen University

This university-level research platform operates the R/V?"Sun Yat-sen University",?China's largest and most capable comprehensive oceanographic research vessel.?In 2025, the center successfully deployed its 6,000m-class ROV "Haiqin," marking its entry into the elite group of Chinese institutions with deep-sea operational capabilities. This makes the center a direct procurer and sea trial partner for high-tech equipment like deep-sea robotics, sensors, and underwater communication systems.
